What’s in a Name?

Simply put, Friedman defines globalization as the flattening of the world. When we started this blog, we wanted to talk about how globalization has changed the ways in which people communicate with each other. As a musical pitch, G-flat modifies how a note is played, just as how Globalization modifies both the methods and the content of our communication. Read: G-flat.

‘Voices’ alludes to the different perspectives, topics and writers featured in this blog. As authors, we hope to give voice to the examples, effects, and narratives that emerge as a result of globalization and the world being squashed…I mean, flattened.
